Popcorn is quite simple. Just buy a packet of popcorn kernels, fry them in oil in a covered pan, and add salt, or anything you like. You can really create your own flavor here, like cinnamon, plain salt, salt and pepper, spicy, and so on. Just make sure that the frying pan is covered. That is very important, otherwise, the popcorn kernels are going to be popping all over your stove top, cabinets, the floors, you get the idea. It is going to look like an explosion in Molly Weasley’s kitchen (Yes, I read all the Harry Potter books 😉 )
What about evening snacking? The biggest problem with nighttime snacks is most of us reach for ice cream and chips-not fruit and yogurt. That's not to say you can't have a treat after dinner. Some of your favorite evening snacks may even be on this list (chocolate! popcorn!). One thing to note, if you're always hungry after dinner, make sure your meal is made up of filling and healthy foods and you're getting enough food. If all you're nibbling on is a lackluster salad you may legitimately be hungry and need an evening snack(see our best dinner foods for weight loss). If you love an evening snack after dinner, serve yourself a healthy portion onto a plate or bowl so you're not scooping straight from the container.
November’s snack box was packed with an abundance of sweet treats. We are “Oat So Thankful” for you, so Novembers featured items packed real punch. To make things speedier, make the oatmeal the night before or on the weekend in a big batch. Then portion out enough for your day. When you’re ready to eat, you need only focus on poaching your egg, which makes this incredibly hearty and healthy breakfast easy enough for a weekday.

The gummy fruit snack making process is simple–just 3 ingredients and less than 10 minutes of active time. Whisk the sweetener and agar agar into the juice. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Simmer and whisk for 2 minutes. Pour into a container/molds. Chill. For the jam version, you will just blend the juice + jam + agar (to avoid jammy chunks) and then boil/whisk/chill it the same way.

Heavy whipping cream – forget low-fat fake cream. Get real heavy whipping cream, ideally at 40 percent fat and definitely unsweetened (the natural sweetness is quite enough once you get used to it). Whip and have it with your berries. Note however that this is absolutely delicious, and it’s easy to eat a lot of it when not hungry, slowing down weight loss. So try to not overdo it.

These make-ahead energy bars are filled with nuts and seeds, which provide fiber and lasting protein. They also have several types of berries, great sources of vitamin C and other antioxidants. When you make these, go ahead and split them into individual portion sizes so it’s easier to grab and go.
